Why don't I see all my purchases in my User Account?

The purchases may have been made on a device that LaterPay isn't aware of, or were from European content providers.

There can be several reasons why all of your purchases are not listed in your LaterPay User Account.

The purchases were made on a different device, one that is not logged in to your LaterPay User Account. If you made purchases on a different device, and you were not logged in to your LaterPay User Account on that device, it’s possible that these purchases won’t show up in your LaterPay User Account. In order to keep track of all your purchases, and to be able to use your purchases across devices, please log in to all your devices with your LaterPay User Account.

The purchases come from content providers in Europe. If you bought content from a content provider in Europe, these purchases will appear on your LaterPay Europe invoice. LaterPay divides invoices by European and U.S. content providers. If you want to see what you have bought from a European content provider, please log in to your LaterPay Europe User Account here.
