How do I know if I was correctly debited through my payment method?

You'll receive an email from LaterPay or you can view your payments in your LaterPay account online.

There are several ways to determine if your payment to LaterPay was successful:

  • You will receive an email from LaterPay notifying you of the payment. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
  • Your current invoice total is displayed at the top right of your user account. If this displays as $ 0.00, your payment was successful. You can log into your LaterPay User Account here if you are based in the U.S. If you are based in the EU, sign in here.
  • In your LaterPay User Account, there’s a section called ‟Invoices,ˮ where you can see all the invoices that you have paid. You can log into your LaterPay User Account here if you are based in the U.S. If you are based in the EU, sign in here.

If a payment process was not successful and you were not debited, you will be asked to settle your invoice again when you make your next purchase with LaterPay.

Please note: a payment process can fail several hours or even days after you initiated the payment, for a variety of reasons. That is why an email notification is not a final confirmation of a payment.
