What will happen if a content provider doesn't offer previously purchased content?

You will always purchase an item under the conditions set by the content provider. This includes duration of usage and delivery. These conditions are displayed to you during the LaterPay purchasing process.

If a certain item is no longer available, even though the conditions clearly state that it should be, please contact the content provider where you have purchased the article.   

You also might be able to return the item under the Return Process (available soon).
